Great service starts with a passion for serving others & a passion for product knowledge. At TrueBlue Poolcare, our “Passion for Pools & People” goes unmatched.  Our service team members, after completing preliminary screenings, personality profiles, background checks &  interviews, are required to become licensed CPO Certified Pool Operators accredited by the NSPF National Swimming Pool Foundation. Our team members are then taught the ins & outs of the industry all while encouraged to take “ownership” in all that they do moving forward. This is all done to ensure that you are getting the very best of us & the pool service industry that we love right from the very beginning.

Weekly Services

Full Service

  • Inspect the Pool/Spa Equipment (report issues as needed)
  • Inspect the Pool & Spa for water clarity & notable issues (report as needed)
  • Clean Tile (along water line) with Specialty Tile Brush & Modified Tile Soap (if applicable)
  • Check, Adjust & Report Pool & Spa Chemistry. Weekly Checks Include: Total Chlorine, pH & Total Alkalinity
  • Net pool/spa surface & floor for large debris
  • Clean Skimmer Basket(s) & Leaf Canisters (if applicable)
  • Vacuum Pool/Spa Floor (if applicable & if time permits)
  • Brush Down Pool/Spa Walls, Steps & Seats
  • Clean Pump Basket(s) (Circulation pump only. As needed & if applicable)
  • Check Filter PSI, record & report
  • Backwash Filter & Re-charge Filter Media (if applicable)
  • Record all findings in a web-based service program for future reference.
  • Create follow up tasks via web-based service program for all needed repairs & additional findings.

 Chemical Service

  • Inspect the Pool & Spa for water clarity & notable issues (report as needed)
  • Inspect the Pool/Spa Equipment (report issues as needed)
  • Check, Adjust & Report Pool & Spa Chemistry. Weekly Checks Include: Total Chlorine, pH & Total Alkalinity
  • Clean Skimmer Basket(s) & Leaf Canisters (if applicable)
  • Clean Pump Basket(s) (Circulation pump only. As needed & if applicable)
